Update on progress

Dear Backers,
This is just a quick update to let everyone know that we are now talking to a number of fulfillment centers and shipping agents so we can deliver your packs safely.
All productions have finished but shipping these packs internationally is turning out to be a bit more challenging than we originally expected, particularly in a few countries that's still in lock-down.
But we've got some estimates and we should be able to finalize our shipping plan this week.
We will post another update once we know more.

Progress update May 9th 2020

Dear Backers.
Hope you are all doing well.
I just want to update everyone on the progress.
The main Mundo backpack and travel packing set have finished production and now waiting to be packaged. But the day pack and the inflatable shoulder straps and back support is experiencing delay and they should be finished in about 10 days.
We are going to package and ship them all together so we will have to wait for the day pack and inflatable straps to finish production before we can proceed to the next step.
At the moment there are still many uncertainties regarding shipping and things change quickly as most countries prepare to re-open. We will provide another update in about 2 weeks as we get ready to ship.

Mundo progress update

Dear Backers,
Thanks for being patient.
We've got words from the factories that Mundo should be finished towards end of April. If quality inspection goes well, we could be looking at start shipping in May.
However, with the current lockdowns around the world, shipping is becoming a challenge. We want to make sure you all receive your pledges and we are now looking for fulfillment solutions, but we do expect some delays due to the coronavirus outbreak.
We will have a better shipping estimate as we get close to the estimated shipping date.

We've sent out our backer surveys via backerkit for a couple of days now. If you haven't received your survey in email:
1. First check all your inbox folders, including spam folder. A few backers reported the survey email went to their spam folder.
2. If the survey email is still nowhere to be found, please email me at [email protected] with the title "missing backer survey". Please include your backer id and the email you used on kickstarter. I will send the survey link to you manually.
