Update on Shipping

Dear Backers,
The backpacks are on their way to the fulfillment center in Hong kong. Last I checked the packs already clear Chinese Custom and should be delivered to fulfilment center today or tomorrow.
I will keep everyone updated on fulfillment center's process. Depending on the international shipping situation, the backpacks might stay in the fulfillment center for a week or so before shipping out.
There is generally no refund on kickstarter so, at the moment it looks like the easiest way to return your money is through paypal.
If your country was on the list that we could not ship, please send me a message on kickstarter with your paypal number, backer ID, and email address.

Dear Bakers,
Just want to provide a quick update.
The packs are still at the factory at the moment.
There were unexpected delays because of Chinese holiday + Fulfilment center rate refresh + repackaging of some packs to save cost.
All these added up to this long delay. We are finalizing everything now, already signed contract and paid fulfillment center and doing last check with the factories. Hopefully all the packs will be on their way to fulfillment center in Hong Kong Early next week.

Unfortunately we were not able to find a shipping method that we can bear for the following countries:
South Africa, Morocco, Colombia, Brazil, Belarus, Macedonia, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Israel, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay, Montenegro, Kyrgyzstan, Barbados, Maldives, Bangladesh, Qatar, Monaco, Japan, New Zealand, Mexico, Puerto rico, Palau, Guam, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei Darussalam, India, Kuwait, Virgin Islands (U.S.), South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam.
If you have another address that you can use (that's not on the list), please update it in your backer survey.
If you need the links to backer survey, please send me an message on kickstarter with your backer number, full name, and email address.
If you want to wait a little longer and see if the shipping rate will drop to levels we can bear, please send me an message, too.
If we don't hear back from you for this week, we will begin processing the refunds.
For the rest of the backers, we've located the fulfillment center in Hong Kong and we should be covering the import duties and taxes for most countries.
We are looking to ship out the backpacks later this week or at latest early next week and it'd take a couple of days to get to Hong Kong to reach the fulfillment center. We will provide another update once the fulfillment center starts to fulfill orders.
