Dear backers,
For EU backers, the package should be or start to be delivered on First week of October.
US is about 10 days late than EU and Canada is about a week later then US, so about 2-3 weeks later than EU.
I still don't have much additional information as it hasn't cleared custom for final delivery yet.
I will check with fulfillment center again on Monday and if anything changes, I will let everyone. Know.

Dear Backers,
Just a quick update on shipping status.
Air shipped pledges (mostly to nearby Asian countries) should be delivered very soon (if not delivered already).
EU orders are on the vessel. It'd take another 4 weeks or so beacuse it's shipped by ocean freight. Right now the tracking is not active. I will update everyone with tracking once the pledges clear through EU custom.
US and CA orders, it's still at the warehouse. The fulfillment center is having trouble securing space for ocean freight, especially for Canada orders. I've been pushing the fulfillment center and waiting for a response today.

Dear Backers,
All packs had been delivered to fulfillment center in Hong Kong last week.
But it's taking ait longer than expected to finalize everything.
Most of the shipments have to go out all at once so we need to make sure all the addresses phone numbers , and packages are correct. We also went through a couple of rounds of cost simulation because shipping cost is fluctuating a lot more than normal.
I think we are about ready to ship, in the final steps of preparations and things are mostly set.
If you are backers from TAIWAN, I just got words from fulfillment center that they need your CHINESE FULL NAME AND ID number to clear Taiwan custom. Please message this information to me as soon as you can.
If you are not on the list of countries I am shipping to this time and you would like a refund and haven't contacted me, plase also message me on kickstarter with your full name, email address, and the email address used for paypal.

Here is a list of countries that we are shipping to in this round:
Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Greece, Hong kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Monaco, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Singapore, Taiwan, United States of America.
Also please send me an email to [email protected] and message on kickstarter (preferred) if you are located in countries that we are not able to ship to at the moment.
